Privacy Policy

This document, the "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter — the "Policy"), sets out the rules under which Alliance Technologies LLC (hereinafter — "we" and/or the "Operator") uses the data of Internet users (hereinafter — "you" and/or the "Participant") collected through the website https://windexa.com (hereinafter — the "Site" or "Windexa").
Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".
1. Data we process
1.1. The Operator does not collect personal data through the Site, except in individual cases of concluding legal agreements.
1.2. All data collected on the Site is provided and received in anonymized form (hereinafter — "Anonymized Data").
1.3. Anonymized Data includes the following information that does not identify you:

1.5. If certain information is not marked as mandatory, its provision or disclosure is at the Participant's discretion. At the same time, you give your informed consent to access of an unlimited number of persons to such data. The said data becomes publicly available from the moment of its provision and/or disclosure in any other form.
1.6. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the data provided or whether the Participant has the necessary consent for its processing in accordance with this Policy, assuming that the Participant acts in good faith and prudently and makes all necessary efforts to keep such information up to date and to obtain all necessary consents for its use.
1.7. You acknowledge and accept that third-party software may be used on the Site, as a result of which such parties may receive and transmit the data specified in clause 1.3 in anonymized form. Such third-party software includes visit statistics systems (e.g. Yandex.Metrica) and other Internet statistics services.
1.8. The composition and conditions of collection of anonymized data by third-party software are determined directly by their rights holders and may include:

2. Purposes of data processing
2.1. The Operator uses the data for the following purposes:

2.1.2. Information services, including sending advertising and informational materials;
2.1.3. Conducting marketing, statistical and other research;

3. Data protection requirements
3.1. The Operator stores the data and protects it from unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with its internal rules and regulations.
3.2. The data received is kept confidential, except where it has been made publicly available by the Participant, and where the technologies and third-party software used on the Site, or the settings of the software used by the Participant, provide for open exchange with such parties and/or other participants and users of the Internet.
3.3. In order to improve the quality of the service, the Operator may store log files of actions performed by the Participant within the use of the Site in anonymized form for 3 (three) years.
3.2. The data received is kept confidential, except where it has been made publicly available by the Participant, and where the technologies and third-party software used on the Site, or the settings of the software used by the Participant, provide for open exchange with such parties and/or other participants and users of the Internet.
3.3. In order to improve the quality of the service, the Operator may store log files of actions performed by the Participant within the use of the Site in anonymized form for 3 (three) years.
4. Data transfer
4.1. The Operator may transfer data to third parties in the following cases:
- The Participant has expressed consent to such actions, including cases where the Participant applies software settings that do not restrict the provision of certain information;
- The transfer is necessary as part of the Participant's use of the Site's functionality;
- The transfer is required in accordance with the purposes of data processing;
- In connection with the transfer of the Site into the possession, use or ownership of such third party;
- At the request of a court or other authorized state body within the procedure established by law;
- To protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator in connection with violations committed by the Participant.
5. Data retention/deletion periods
5.1. The Operator stores your personal information for a period of time consistent with business purposes.
5.2. The Operator stores your personal information for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
5.3. Upon expiration of the retention period for a certain type of data, the Operator will delete or destroy it.
5.4. For immediate deletion of the Participant's personal data, as well as data of external/third-party services, you can contact the Operator by e-mail support@windexa.com or via the support web interface.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
6.1. This Policy may be changed or terminated by the Operator unilaterally without prior notice to the Participant. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
